I don't know what green bottle you are asking about. I bought Swanson Sulforaphane Green Foods formula. It is 20:1 broccoli sprout extract. It helped my husband with COPD the doctors said his lungs were greatly improved. Jarrow formulas I have bought in the past are a good product also.
