The only reason I'm giving this product 4 stars and not 5 is because I'm not really using it for its intended purpose. I'm simply using this to baffle my filter so it's not too strong for my betta, and for that purpose, it works perfectly! I would buy it again.

These are cut to size and a little thicker than the originals. They filter better and should last longer. Great price.

Have been using it for all sorts of problems. Cut it to shape to fit above my filter and it dispersed the bubbles just fine! Also works for adding it to old tank to build up bio media for new tank. Great all purpose tool!

Exactly what I was looking for but I couldn’t use it. The intention was for it to cover the intake of a filter so my shrimp don’t get sucked in however the sponge floats and there isn’t enough suction to keep it in place. It works wonderfully for scrubbing the side of the tank and there is way more sponge that comes in the package than I thought.

This filter came in a plastic wrapper hardly any English instruction on the package. It’s all just one giant block, and the filter is much less dense than I was led to believe. Stay away, buy another product.

Works great! I cut to size and inserted and it's been building up that positive bacteria for my aquarium.
