I don't really like using chemicals to color my hair, so I supplement my visits to the hair salon with this product, which seems to keep my hair brighter and less grey. It is a simple and inexpensive way to keep my hair looking brown!

Not working for me. Gray hair coming in fast and furious!

I am of Italian decent, so I have very dark brown, almost black hair. I don't have a lot of gray yet, but I am noticing some in the temples of my hair, and for me it stands out like a sore thumb. I had heard of a supplement that is specifically for fighting graying hair and googled it on the Internet. It is a supplement called Catalase. I thought what the heck is Catalase? I decided to google it. Here is what I found: "Catalase is a common enzyme found in nearly all living organisms exposed to oxygen (such as bacteria, plants, and animals). It catalyzes the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen. It is a very important enzyme in protecting the cell from oxidative damage by reactive oxygen species (ROS)." I decided I would give this supplement a try. I received it quickly and packaged well and received courteous follow up email from the seller. I wanted to try the supplement for a while before I left my review. I started out with one capsule a day because I wanted to make sure I didn't experience nausea or get the dreaded jitters that I sometimes get from supplements. I had no stomach or other issues from this supplement, so I started taking two capsules with my first meal of the day, which is the recommended daily dose. I have been using the supplement for almost two weeks now. The supplement definitely is easy to take and is an easy to swallow capsule. There are no issues with belching and nausea either. I do notice a difference in my hair as it is very shiny and bouncy. I can not tell you if this will help will graying yet,as I only have a 30 day supply. There are no ingredients that will hurt me and it is chock full of hair healthy ingredients. It's a fair value at just under .67 cents a day delivered to my door. I will update this review if I see lessening of gray hair, and will definitely purchase it again if it works for graying also.

Great product! Even though I've just been using this product for 2 weeks, I have to say my gray hairs around my temple has decreased in growth. There are fewer grey hairs now. And I'm not growing new ones as fast. All in all I believe this product does what it says. So far I'm very satisfied.I highly recommend it!
