I am a veteran BBQ'r and smoker. Have had many bbq gadgets over the years and I can say that this one is at the top of my list! This is not a substitute for a slow smoker like a Kamado or offset BUT if you have a gas grill and you are looking to add some smoke to you cook this thing ROCKS! If you want to cold smoke cheese or fish this thing works great. I bought one for my father who wanted to smoke poultry and fish on his gas grill on occasion. It worked great so I bought one to compliment my full Kamado smoker set up. Worked so well I'm getting one for the brother in law for his birthday. Give this SmokinCube a try... you won't be disappointed!

I was excited to get this delivery. I tested it out within minutes of opening the box. I placed apple wood pellets in the tube and lit it with the torch. After about 20 seconds of torching it was burning great. I let it burn for about 5 minutes then blew out the flame. I got just over 3 hours of great smoke. The torch worked great was well. Just had to fill it with butane. Highly recommend. I've been using a smoker for years and it is the best accessory I've purchased.
