Q: Can I buy a second glass bowl? I want to use one for washing and one for rinsing wth fresh water.

I found that Libbey Glass makes similar 4” round glass bowls, I got 2 at Dollar Tree for $1 each! Now I have a separate rinse bowl with clean water before I spin dry, and don’t have to throw out the soapy water each time. Brushes get very clean this way!

Q: Do you have to add clean water for every brush?

The person that said no, is a nasty person. You need to do more then what the videos even show, as one you do not want to leave the soap or chemicals on your brushes, it is both bad for your skin and the make-up. two - if you put a dirty brush in dirty water how much cleaning do you think you are doing? None - you are putting that dirt on to the next brush

Q: Mine doesn't turn on at all. the light never comes on. it's useless. how can i get this fixed?

I charged mine before I used it and have not had an issue. You may want to contact the company if charging won't work.

Q: How long does it take to charge before I can use it? It's been plugged in for about two hours and nothing happens. No light, no movement, nothing.

When mine came I was too excited to try it to wait for it to fully charge. I plugged it in, light came on indicating it was charging, I waited maybe 15min and just started using it. Later on I charged it fully but don’t recall it taking anywhere near 2 hours.
