Beautiful Looking Sturdy Crib
This is a very good crib - we really love the way it looks in our room. The white is a beautiful color and the curves on the crib look so nice. The item came in a very big box - I was planning to drag it into my house but the UPS delivery man was nice enough to help me carry it into the middle of the house. I put the crib together in one afternoon and it was really not that hard. There are a few steps where it would be helpful to have a second helper, but you can do it all by yourself if there is no other option. The hardest parts are putting the flat metal mattress support in place - I found that part very difficult to do and it slightly rubbed and scratched against the bed. Overall though it is a very good product. I find the wood components very sturdy and strong - and the 4 adjustable heights should be useful in the future. I did not find that this piece scratches easily, some of the marks I made during assembly could be rubbed off with my finger or a towel.

Good looking crib, great service from company
This crib is stunning! I bought it for my son's room and it goes perfectly with the decor. Bed is sturdy and was very easy to assemble. When I first received the crib the ornate top piece was broken despite being very well packed. I reached out to the company directly and they shipped out the brand new piece that day. So pleased with this purchase.

Beautiful crib... Top notch manufacturer support.
Spent a lot of time trying to find the right crib for our first child. Chose this one due to the curves and it's conversion ability. When it arrived, I was disappointed to see that 3 of the pieces were damaged during shipping. I reported the damage through the company website. Within 2 hours I was informed that replacement parts would be sent the next day. They arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I don't often see such quick and courteous response to damaged components. Most companies would just tell you to return it for exchange.Bottom line, yeah it's a little pricier than other cribs out there. But it's conversion ability will provide years of use. And the company definitely stands behind its product and will address any issues you find when it arrives. We can't wait to start using it when our son is born.

Beautiful Crib, Terrible Packaging
Honestly, I fell in love with this crib when my mother persuaded me to spend $250 more than my original pick, which was a Delta crib. When this one arrived it seemed fine from the outside, but upon opening it we found the fanciest most prominent piece completely snapped in half (the back top bar that is curved). I was heartbroken, since this is a first experience for me, having my first child. I would expect better quality packaging for a rather expensive quality piece of furniture.Putting it together based off the instructions was a tad tricky for my boyfriend and I and we are fairly handy. We figured it out but it took about an hour to out together and some pieces we had to remove come to find out we pieced it together incorrectly.I skipped going through Amazon returns (I heard rumors that Amazon would just ship another entire crib most likely and I didn't want another one for free and to put together again, just the replacement part) and went directly to the manufacturer for the replacement part and after 10 emails back and forth I hope to have the broken piece arriving soon.Overall, this crib is stunning and I would still recommend it. Hopefully Million Dollar Baby takes better precautions on wrapping such fragile pieces before placing them in the main box. And hopefully the replacement comes in one solid piece.

Beautiful crib, Easy to assemble!
This is a REALLY beautiful Crib, my family and friends have all said it is gorgeous, and I agree! The instructions were easy, and it was simple to put together for my husband an I.We did have a broken L bar at the top, but the seller sent us a replacement in a prompt manner, and the finished crib looks amazing. My husband an I decided to add handles to the draws (which was not too hard to do) to make it easier for opening. I was able to fit a skirt on it easily to hide the underneath.

Cute!
The crib was fairly easy to put together if you're good at that sort of thing, but I will say the directions are pretty terrible. It ought to have had more descriptive directions, although it would have also worked for the pieces to be labeled. We wasted unnecessary time figuring out simple things, like that the screws listed in the directions were not actually the screws they gave us. The screws included did work, it just was one extra step to make sure we hadn't misplaced something (we hadn't). Ultimately my husband and I put the crib together in a timely fashion, and it looks beautiful. I'm happy with our purchase, and even happier that my husband is good at this sort of thing!

350 is a steal for this
Paid 500 for this in 2014 and would do it again. It served its purpose and still have the bed 8 years later. Very pretty and well made too.
