Amazing color
I got my first pack of the extensions and the color is amazing, the material is really nice. But if you need thiker hair you need to buy more than 2 packs .

Paid for 20 inch, they sent 11 inch hair
I have ordered 2 x 20 inch blonde hair extensions and they have sent 2 boxes of 11 inches which is super short. The point of hair extensions is to extend your hair so now it’s completely useless and there is no time to change since it was for a photoshoot that now thanks to the brand the shoot’s concept is ruined. I cannot express how disappointed I am it should have never happened.
