The condition was "New" even though it was sold as used.
I lost the one I had and the one I recently bought is a replacement. It was "used", but when I received it looked new. Fantastic buy.

Great selection and easy enough for an intermediate level pianist to sight read.

Song Selection
I knew it wouldn’t have all of the songs but we were a little disappoint to find that it didn’t contain Look Down, ABC Cafe, and One Day More. Other than that, love it!

Good But Missing Many Great Songs
Print is clear and paper quality is good. Arrangements are intermediate in difficulty. Only issue is that this book is missing some of the songs you probably expect it to include:Look Down, Suddenly, Turning, The Wedding, and most surprising of all "ONE DAY MORE" is missing!
