Thanks to them you can harmonize yourself easily, experience deep calmness
Mudras, which are thought by Sabrina Mesko are very effective, each of them give its miraculous benefits. Thanks to them you can harmonize yourself easily, experience deep calmness, feel unconditional love, strenghten your character and open up your spiritual potential.I've been practising it for about four years now and I am very content and happy about my results. Do it patiently at least for 15 - 30min a day and watch your life becoming brighter and more beautiful day by day. :)

Mostly a picture book
I have to admit, I don't use mudras much, but I am intrigued by the idea. This book presents MANY different mudras and has great illustrations to go with them. Very easy to follow. I would have liked more explaination on how and why they work.

It really IS just for women....
I thought the title was sexist. I purchased it anyway, because they were "Power" Mudras, or, so I thought, mudras for Power. No....About the first 40% of the book was dedicated to connecting your inner feminine spirit with Mother Earth/Nature, and the first supporting poses were definitely of a Feministic bent. The next third of the book was dedicated to female/feminine issues (e.g. weight control, inner beauty, PMS). I didn't make it past 70%. But then, I'm a guy.Why rate it 4 stars? It was put together well, I'm sure the mudras and mantras given are beneficial for women with those issues, and it had excellent pictures referencing each and every pose. It looked well-researched, and I think any woman already familiar with the concepts of identifying herself with Nature/the Goddess and practiced with yogic/energetic concepts would be flipping to own this volume. Why only 4 stars? Because I don't think an opus like this has an authentic place in today's pluralistic/ tolerant/ non-sexist society. But I did rate it high for production value and doing what it promised. I just couldn't partake.

Don't waste your money
What a waste of money. Should have known from the creepy picture on the cover. No depth whatsoever.
