Fire and Life Safety Inspection Manual

This book came in like new condition for a small fraction of the price of a new one. I do, and have done for some time, fire and safety inspections. I have had extensive training and familiar with various codes including NFPA codes. This book isn't complete in the sense that it can not possibly replicate all the codes, standards and regulations, but it does a nice job of hitting the high points. It has actual lists of what to look for so the beginning inspector doesn't miss at least the most important issues. It takes a completely different approach than the NFPA Handbook, the latter tries to cover everything in detail and the result is overwhelming to new people. A must for the inspector's library. It could (should) be consulted before every inspection.
