Hummm, I used it for a different purpose.
A lot of authentic Indian food requires mustard oil. When I saw it was organic I decided to try my greens cooked in mustard oil with Kalonji seed. It was really delicious!Maybe I should wipe the leftovers on my skin for an additional benefit but there were no leftovers.

Mustard Oil - not a good purchase!
It did not help with pain and it was advertised that it would. It is also non refundable and that was unknown at the time of purchase. I am not happy as I am retired and on a fixed income. I would not have purchased it had I known it was non refundable.
