I pre-ordered the Z-Flip 3 on 08/14/2021 and was very excited about the phone. I checked the status of the order multiple times a day until it finally arrived on 08/26/2021. After the first 24 hours of owning the phone, however, I started slightly second guessing the decision as the battery life and camera are noticeable downgrades from my Galaxy 21. I tried the leather Samsung cover, and while I liked it because it made the phone feel more like a wallet, it was a little more bulky than I had hoped.Then this case arrived, and I'm back in love with the Z Flip 3. If Samsung had including this carbon fiber cover in the first place they would have sold 2x as many Z Flip 3's. It looks awesome, fits seamlessly, has a tacky - but not too tacky - feel to it so I don't throw the phone across the room when I flip it open with one hand and it is super thin. Yes, it's pricey, but it really "makes" the phone

Love this case. Snaps on both top and bottom snugly. I have not had any issue with it moving at all, and I have not even used the sticky tape yet. Great feel in the hand, smooth yet grippy. Very slim but good protection with total coverage on all corners. What I like the best is the smooth edges where the cutouts are. My fingers don't get sore or scratched while holding on to text like my purple one. Yes it is expensive but I think the slim profile along with all I have mentioned makes it worth it. Would definitely buy again. All cutouts are perfect and fingerprint scanner is fully accessible.

The cover is new, so this is not a long term review. But my first impressions may be of use.I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 about 16 months ago. A silicon cover was included and I picked one with ring in olive color. It was a little thicker than I wanted and had a very non slip surface. Good for protection and security of grip I suppose. And I liked the ring. The cover protected the phone from a couple of drops. But the silicon covers are too nonslip and start coming apart at about 11 or 12 months. I wanted something that would slide in and out of my pocket more easily but still be easy to hold. I probably gave up some protection, but do not think that will be a problem.I looked at a lot of covers and picked Samsungs Aramid cover.The new cover looks good - clean, elegant - and is a very good fit to the phone.It is thinner than the silicone - so it is a little smaller in the pocket. And it is a little smoother so it doesn't turn my pocket inside out when I pull it out - as the first silicone cover did.I would have done without a cover, but the bare phone is much too slick and I would have dropped it sooner or later. The aramid cover is not as 'sticky' as the silicone - but is sufficiently non-slip to hold securely. It is a better cover.The fit is as good as it will get. The cover has sticky strips to hold it in place on the phone, but I have not removed the film from the strips. They are not needed. This cover grips the phone well - better than the silicone cover did. The aramid cover isn't going anywhere. It phone does not slide in the cover once installed. It will not come out accidentally. The phone can only be pushed out with effort.I'm sold.It is neither the cheapest nor most costly cover. Coming from the phone manufacturer, it is maybe a few bucks higher than it should be, but:I do not think you will find a better or better looking cover. It looks good in black. It would be nice if it came in other colors.

I love this case. I see alot of people saying the flash dosnt line up. My is barely off at all and seeing I only paid $20 and not $70 like other people did I guess I can see there frustration.The only problem I had with getting this case is the seller. It took 7days to get here and if u try to contact them u will here nothing back. So I would recommend this case just don't by it from SmartImage.

I love this phone cover. Wish it came in additional colors! It is thin, fits beautifully (even without applying the included sticky strips) and it has a terrific grippy feel. It does show fingerprints a bit, but not too badly. I was surprised that it came with an insert about being refurbished by Amazon -- firstly because the listing didn't indicate that (that I noticed) but also because I couldn't tell that it wasn't brand new! Very happy with my purchase.

I rarely recommend oem cases, but this... I make an exception for. The phone itself is very different from others and so it necessitates a perfectly form fitting case. Samsung killed it with this one. The texture feels great and keeps the phone firmly in your hand. The main case is protective but still so thin. I love this. IT IS MY FAVORITE CASE EVER. I have never owned a phone case that I've felt this strongly about before. If you are shelling out the cash for a flip, this is the case to buy (other than maybe the similar oem leather one). Just be careful not to drop it on its hinge when using this!

Contrary to other reviews, I have been very pleased with the battery life. Only one day did it drop below 50%, and I was using it a lot that day. It is a little heavier than most smart phones, but it is not a problem for me. It fits into my jeans front or back pocket just fine. I usually keep it in my front pocket when riding my bike, with no fear of it coming out.
