I love the look of this capsule charm, it easily gets 5 stars for the appearance, BUT it has major quality problems and that gets it one star! Most people complain about how small it is, but it is actually the PERFECT size for my needs. HOWEVER, it BROKE on just the third time that I went to twist the capsule open, and I was being extreemly gentle with it. Almost no pressure at all and it just snapped apart. The weld on the silver 'jump ring' that attaches to the 'pill' charm is VERY WEAK & of poor quality. Beware! The nechlace-chain it comes on is also low-quality, but that was totally okay because I have a nicer quality chain that I was going to wear it on.I *completed* the return/exchange process and hoped for a better outcome, but the replacement capsule charm they sent me broke in the exact same way. I had to return it as well. Took the refund, as I never managed to get a quality product and didn't want to keep dealing with exchanges. Very bummed out!

Had to return this item. I bought it for my husband to hold his nitro, which are the smallest pills made, and I couldn't even get one to fit in the thing. It wasn't a matter of it holding one, but that the opening wasn't big enough to fit one into it. Not sure how you could use this as a "pill holder" unless you crush the pill before putting it into the vial. I realize this is also listed as a holder of "cremains" to capture both markets. I just pray you never pass out in public and have some good samaritan open that baby and toss your granny under your tongue to bring you back.

I was looking for something small and unobtrusive to carry my nitro pills in and this fit the bill perfectly,however perspective buyers need to understand that this product is only large enough to hold three tiny nitroglycerin pills and nothing else.The chain was a little short for my liking (aprox 20 inches) so I replaced it with one long enough for me.

This capsule is tiny. Once opened, you might be able to fit the head of a toothpick in- and even then it's not very deep. No way you could store anything inside- not even a half-decent amount of 'baby powder.' The chain it comes with is also tiny. Wrap it around your wrist twice and it could be a bracelet.That being said, it does look nice and feel hefty.

This thing is small more useful for a children toy or dollhouse was expecting at least medium to large size haven't tried yet but I don't think it will fit more than two nitroglycerins than I need to put in it owell maybe can use the chain that came with it

The color is really pretty and looks just like it does in the picture. The problem is with the size. It's much much smaller than it looks like it does in the picture. When you open it up the space inside isn't big enough to hold anything bigger than sand form but only a pinch, not more. Oh well.

Love it but heads up, I was going to use it for Xanax for public panic attacks and it does not fit any manufacturer version of it. At all. I should have verified size before ordering so that's totally on me. But this pill fob is the best I've seen and I'd recommend it highly.

Hope your pills are not too much bigger than 81mg baby aspirin.
