I have been searching for Scholl gel heel lifts for some time and have struggled to find them to replace my well-worn ones. Found some on Amazon but the price was expensive but I came across these and they are the same but a fraction of the cost. I wore them today for a walk of over two hours and they were superb. If anything, the small version is a slightly better (wider) width than Scholl's in a pair of trainers.Also, they felt a little thicker but that may have been that I've done hundreds, probably into thousands of miles using the old pairs.Can't recommend these highly enough and I've tried dozens of heel lifts, insoles etc.For Achilles tendonitis the heel raise will be a boon and for Plantar they take out a lot of the impact so I hope they will keep my feet from suffering this occasional ailment.

Good comfortable product but have to obviously stick down so will only work with one pair of shoes. Now on the search to find a complete insole with raised heel do I can swap between shoes/trainers

I needed a heel lift after a hip replacement that left me with an unexpected leg length discrepancy and I require lifts in my left shoe. These certainly do what they say. They seem to stay in place, give the leg the appropriate lift and I have also worn them in sling back sandals where they still look quite discreet.So far, I am very pleased with this product and therefore ordered an extra set for my shoes. Soft, comfortable and could position them where I needed them, stay in place and relieved pressure on ankle by shoe. Allowed me to wear shoes again instead of bare feet or half slipper scuffles.

I had a total hip replacement on my left leg 1.5 years ago. I soon discovered that there is now a discrpency in length between my two legs with my left leg being less than an inch shorter than my right leg.I visited a trusted friend at a clinic here in town that looks after all my chiropractic needs and discussed getting an orthotic for my left shoe. He first suggested an inexpensive alternative to costly orthotics, gel heel lifts and I said no and purchased a pair of custom made orthotrics for five hundred dollars.Long story short.... I have given up on the expensive orthoics and purchased several packages of these heel lifts. I have put them in all my shoes and even my slippers and I am blown away by the relief these simple inexpensive lifts bring to me. Brcause then are affordable and know I can replace them when the need arises and they work perfectly while cushioning my heel as well.I should have listened to my chiropractor friend. I am still trying to unberstand why a single pair of custom made orthotics cost 500 dollars. I had a second pair made for an additional 150 and they didn't even turn out the same..there was a 2mm difference in the thickness. Live and learn.

They worked great in my tennis shoes and gave the added comfort for my heels. Delivered on time.

My doctor recommended a foam heel lift for my heel spurs and I found these to be perfect for this problem.The 1/2” is a good heigth. My heel doesn't slip out of my shoe which prevents rubbing. It is made of soft silicone and comfortable to wear over extended periods of time. They are sturdy, and of good quality. I like them so much i bought multiple pairs for all of my shoes.

I have one leg shorter than than the other and need added height in one shoe to help with back pain.
