Came all rusted .. it was tilted when I went to see it was like broken in the bottom …. mad work to send it back since I threw out the box. Doesn’t even turn on. It turns on and turns right back off and on and off. Product doesn’t work at all don’t buyyyy

This must have been lost in translation! I spoke to and showed this item to several of my friends who are electrical engineers. They all said this has to be a 110ac unit. The directions say in several places that this is a 220v DC unit, but this has a standard 2 prong US electrical plug on it. I plugged this in outside for the first time just to be sure, but it worked great! It heated up the charcoals for my hookah in minutes and we were off and running. It worked great! The directions in the book and in the description are very wrong though!

This burner takes about 30 min to heat my charcoal all the way through. The overheating function turns the burner off every 3 seconds. I don't know if I received a broken unit or if all their products are this terrible, but I've had it a week and I'm going to have to replace it already. Total waste of money.

From the box to the actual product, the quality of this thing is highly questionable. The box came in dirty and beat up.The actual charcoal heater was all scratched up, bad paint job on it. Some parts of the appliance were rusted, other parts fit together so loosely they can fall put.Also, everything is dirty and oily, so make sure to wipe this down and then run it on high for like half an hour to burn all filth off it.

Der Grill steht auch gerne mal am Balkon, da er vergessen wurde reinzustellen. Selbst nach Stürmen und Regenschauern ist er ein starker und allzeit bereiter Grill, der keine Schwäche zeigt!
