Enjoy your coffee more in nice, warm cup! How did I live without this for so long?
While traveling recently, I went to get myself a cup of coffee in the concierge lounge and noticed that the cups were nice & toasty --They were sitting on some type of warming rack. It allowed me to enjoy my cup of joe much more, as it started out hotter and stayed that way longer. I never realized what a difference a warm cup could make! If only there were something like this for home use...Well, I searched Amazon and there is! I was a little apprehensive about buying this because some of the reviews mentioned the clock / timer being very complicated, but it is really not that bad. It took me less than five minutes with the manual to set the clock and program auto-on & off times. It can hold four of our coffee cups inside. (We might be able to fit six if the cups were a little smaller in diameter)Buy with confidence. This product was well packaged, arrived quickly, and works great. You will never go back to pouring coffee into an ice-cold cup again!

Perfect. Exactly as described. Easy to use and program!
Perfect! Exactly as described. Warm cups just ready for my morning Java fix. Based on reviews, I was worried programming would be a nightmare, but nothing could be further from the truth. The manual was crystal clear and in less than five minute everything was installed and programmed!A note for those looking at this product, please consider its intended use first. It’s a cup warmer as an accessory to a European made ESPRESSO machine, not your industrial sized drip coffee machine. What are the implications? While it can hold smaller coffee cups, it is designed for cappuccino or demitasse cups. The inner cavity is narrow and not meant for your large 20 oz cups!Again it is designed to keep the cup temperature perfect for latte based drinks (drinks that use steamed and foamy milk). The temp is only a bit warmer than your Jura milk foam temp. As an added bonus, your americanos (espresso diluted with water) will not reduce in temperature as it would with a cold cup.Hope this helps folks!

Warms the bugs, but the clock is not persistent across power outages
Been using one for close to a decade, but something went bad in its circuit during a storm of brownouts, so replaced it with this, seemingly a very slightly updated version. It works as well as the original. My only two problems with these always were that (1) the clock is not on some lithium battery, so it resets during a power outage, and (2) the machine doesn't auto-on after a power outage, leading to cold cups the next day. The old machine I could set ON, and leave it on, except across power outages. This new one has a 12hr auto off, making that impossible. So, I set it to be Auto On/Off 4am-5pm, and the "UI" to do that with just three buttons is really cumbersome. But since the clock also resets along with any of the Auto on/off settings, now I have to set that stuff after every power loss. This new "improved" model should have had some long-lasting battery backup.

It's great but not perfect!
It's great because it's does what it says it does. I wish it was insulated so that the heat would actually stay in and probably help with heating faster. It's thin plastic so it loses a lot of heat energy to ambient air. Also the clock resets if you lose power even for 1 second. I had to purchase an Uninterruptible Power Supply battery to always keep it powered as I get at least a power outage twice a month just for 10 seconds at a time. Other than that it's great and I love it. I highly recommend it but you should have it turn on a full hour before use because it takes a while to heat cups to temperature. Especially since it uses very little energy, I think it's like 70 watts or something like that. Pretty much a standard incandescent light bulb power consumption.

Lovely warm glass cups for arthritic fingers!!
Our former cup warmer died from a power surge. I highly recommend installing a surge protector on the electrical outlet used for power. It was so comforting in the morning to reach in and have warm glasses to wrap my fingers around while making coffee, This is our 4th warmer in 20 years, not a bad run of great coffee!

Buttons stopped working after a couple of weeks of use
The button panel is well protected behind a plastic panel but some how one of the buttons became stuck and now i can not program it for auto shut off. my only choice is to keep it on. Of course I cna not adjust the time now either.

Hot Cups = Hot Espresso!!!
The Jura Cup Warmer does wonders when it comes to the perfect espresso. The cups are warm enough to keep coffee just as hot as it was when first served. I did notice that if the warmer isn’t used for a period of time during the day it will shut off. Sooo if you have an espresso at the same time each day make sure you turn the warmer back on. I love this feature as it does save energy. I f you love coffee and espresso as much as I do then this is the perfect addition to the Jura 6 or any other espresso/coffee machine you own. I use mine daily!!!

Cool idea
Cool idea but needs to be upgraded and a little on the 'smart' side.
