OK, this is FUN!
This little toy is way more fun, easier to use, and less messy than a typical BBQ. I hadn't BBQ'd for a few decades before I tried this out. I read the instructions carefully, and found it quite easy to figure out. The review videos show people cooking on the beach and boats, and yes, it really is easy to use that way. I had it on a picnic table in a lakeside park, on top of a pretty cloth tablecloth, and there wasn't a mark on the cloth afterwards. You can pick it up and move it around while in use, if you want to, which freaks other people out (and is probably worth doing just for the reaction!) I'm told you can cook a whole rotisserie chicken if you get the rotisserie attachment, and that may be my next experiment. I would recommend this to anyone, especially if you have a small balcony or boat or RV, or are somewhere else that makes a larger conventional BBQ inconvenient. I really look forward to learning all the ways I can use this.UPDATE: After several trials, I am slowly learning more about the versatility of this contraption. There really is so much more you can do with it than a regular BBQ. Including cooking a whole roast dinner, complete with joint of meat, potatoes, and veggies, all in one container. Or you can put a can cooker on top and have essentially a low pressure pressure cooker. I am in the process of constructing a semi-outdoor kitchen in my screened porch (which is tiny, but with the compact size of the cobb, that doesn't matter.) Now, I don't have to worry about power failures (which are fairly common during winter ice storms here in the frozen north) - I can cook easily offgrid all year round.

Wow - what a grill!!!
Bought this for our Son, who lives in an apartment. So easy to use and clean and cooks everything perfectly!! We are getting one for camping...and it may replace our Egg on occasion!!
