Gracie, Unfortunately, unlike food, manufacturers do not supply a list of ingredients for their products. We’ve had two in the house for several years ( used for cold brew coffee & infusing herbs into A cider vinegar base) neither filter has shone any sign of discoloring and return to original bright Finish after routine cleaning. The quality of the stainless would indicate that it’s not any of the crap That comes out CHINA❗️

Q: What is the micron measurement for this filter?

It's not as fine as it seems. Somewhere smaller than 300um from my unscientific tests using coffee grounds seived at 300um. Lots of much smaller fines often get through the mes. About 10% of coffee grounds get through. Maybe that makes it 200um?
