My new watch is great. It works well and the navy blue color goes with so many of my outfits.

Had to return. Watch pedometer was inaccurate and did not improve after adjusting the steps manually. The user experience is not easy. The watch was fine for comfort and durability but the pedometer issue was a deal breaker for me. I wore this alongside my phone and saw a step count discrepancy of 1000s. I worked alongside two guys doing the exact same tasks and they both ended the shift with 12000 plus steps and I had 4000.

Love this watch, it was easy to use and over time playing with the settings and features I have been able to learn the settings, features and adjustments well within about 2 weeks. I like that there are additional open source apps you can install. “my week” is a great one so you can see your distance, steps, caleries burned and intensity minute streaks which helps with motivation to keep up your streak. The different screens can be configured so you have most stats in one area limiting complexity (you can add screens for individual stats). Love the menstruation tracking - we are trying to get pregnant and it is helpful to be in tune with what day and phase of the cycle I am in and when my next period is, and being able to track mood and symptoms easily from the watch. The gps feature is great, my husband has an older model and it takes awhile to connect with Gps but I haven’t had any issues with this one. I love the feature that auto starts an activity if I’ve been moving for a set amount of time like 10 mins. The ability to customize the watch face with your own pictures is great.Cons:Not too many but I don’t like how many of the watch faces seem like they are free but then you are asked to pay a dollar or two for them after installation and a few days of use. Would be best to know that up front (maybe you can and I am missing it)This particular one I bought is blue - I didn’t realize the watch face itself is blue so swapping out bands is kind of pointless as most colors don’t go with blue. Make sure you buy one with a color like black if switching bands is important to you.My husband goes in our hot tub with his. I was hesitant but know his is fine so I did. The watch itself is fine but the clasp on my band I bought (not the one that came with the watch) is metal painted black and the black came off in spots…The custom image quality for watch face could be better.

The app is terrible. Watch doesn't stay connected to my phone. Settings never work right. Can't turn off the movement reminders. Suddenly stopped sending texts from my phone. Hate this watch.

Unable to rate the features of this watch. Watch arrived so I charged it fully before trying. Battery showed full but within 30 minutes it was dead. Recharged it to full but same result, battery extinguished in 30 minutes.

I don't like that your Not able to talk on this smart watch!!
