Simmons Beautyrest Recharge Glimmer Plush Pillow Top Mattress Pocketed Coil Gel Memory Foam (California King Box Set)

At first this was my favorite item that I've ever owned, but my how the tables have turned. There is a sinkhole the size of Texas right where my ex boyfriend used to sleep, I roll into it every night, as if I need more reminders that I will die alone in this bed. I've only had this mattress for about 3 years and all the springs are collapsed. I am 25 years old and feel like I'm a 98 year old woman when I get out of bed, my poor spine is suffering because this bed has declared war on my life. I can't afford a new bed, I am still paying this one off on my credit card! I just wrote them an email, no response yet. Hopefully they do something about it. Mattresses are supposed to last 20 years. I'm very disappointed.

I can not give an accurate review of this item I ordered the Beautyrest Recharge but was delivered the Beautyrest Silver. The silver is supposed to be a more expensive bed (by $200.00) it is comfortable but I am concerned about the reviews that the silver sags quickly. If I did not give away my other mattress and box springs I would have probably rejected the order as I did not receive what I wanted and even though the manufacturer was generous and probably thought they were doing me a solid by giving me a more expensive bed. I would have preferred to have been asked to wait until the bed I wanted was available again or whatever issues they had were resolved. August 2019 update as I was concerned the bed is sagging after less than one year of use. I now wake up with sore shoulders and sometimes achy back. I do not know if the recharge is better but stay away from the beauty rest silver. if they ship that instead send it back . and ask for what you ordered.

DON'T BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER GEL LAYER MATTRESS. After a few months it develops "lumps" and sink holes!! Amazon has not been helpful in facilitating a claim with Simmons and I am left to the aches and pain this mattress causes. News media have been brought in and I learned that thousands of others are experiencing the same problem across the board with the newer gel foam mattresses. Save yourself the headaches and pains, don't buy it!!!!!!!

We have had this bed less than one year and already have to buy a new mattress. Did not hold up well at all - deep dips where we sleep in just a few months. Very disappointed!

I just threw out mattress and settled to sleep in my queen bed in guest room. I believe it’s counterfit. Pins and buttons that should run thru mattered are loose. Both me and wife have back pain. Asolutely no support and sags . Worst mattress I ever bought. Cannot tell you how bad it is. Looking on line to buy a new one less then 3 years later. Wanted to throw it out 2 years ago but settled on being uncomfortable because I spent a grand on it. Horrible mattress and will never again by a beauty rest. Nor will I consider buying thru Amazon. Buyer beware.

Awesome mattress! Comfy and roomy. Had issue with merchant and delivery which took way longer than anticipated. However situation was made right by the merchant and actual delivery went smooth. Do recommend improved communication between merchant & delivery company.Back to the mattress.... It's a Simmons and lives up to its name
