I first got this product two months ago or so and I was a medium. Along with diet changes and working out more I am now an extra small already. Also... The people who are saying this product is so tight and to order up.. Seems like maybe they think they are in a different size than they are in regular clothes? At the beginning I was 5'5 145 (lots of muscle) and I fit tight (but good tight) in a medium. As soon as the clincher gets bearable through the day it's time to move up a notch or buy a new one so your body can continue to progress. Also one last thing.. I work in theedical field and I had x-rays done before I started and after just to combat the rumors your entire insides were ruined and I took my second set of x-rays last week. After going from a med to an xsmall, my ribs look exactly the same lol. It's basically just a sweat and compression belt. It HELPS with your excercise and diet, probably wouldn't work if you are eating your same diet. Well made product.

Okay, so I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before I wrote my review in order to give myself time to experience the product first and how it really works. I'll start off with my size so that it is easy to compare exactly what size would fit best for others who are considering this waist cincher. I am 26, 5'2, 110lbs, cup size: 34b, waist: 28in. I am a pretty petite girl and even purchasing the small was a risky decision for me. I probably would've been more comfortable in a medium, but I went with the small instead. Okay so about the chart, do follow it, its better to be safe than sorry. Measure yourself first thing in the morning right above your belly button to get your proper waist size and then decided what size is best for you. The chart stated I would've needed a medium considering my waist measurements, but like i said, i went against the grain and got a small anyway. Now, you don't want the cincher to fit so tight that you have skin folds rolling over the top of the faja, that's when you know it is way too small. So, now that the measurement stuff is out of the way, let's talk about actually wearing this thing. The first 3 or 4 days I only wore mine for a total of 4 hours. Each day after that I'd increase about an hour or so and after a week , I was wearing this thing for about 8 hours. Its been about 3 weeks now since I've been using mine and I use it almost everyday for about 10 hours. No more than that. I put it on first thing in the morning and I really am starting to see a difference. It's a gradual difference because I am already a petite person, but for someone with more to lose, would see a major difference in the way their clothes fit for sure. The purpose of this cincher is to shape your tummy to a more flat and greater appealing abdominal area and it does this the best when you are using it to exercise. It also does this by helping you prevent from overeating. (Your stomach organ can only stretch so much when it's constricted in a tiny corset all day)! Lastly, I have not yet made it to the second set of hooks just yet, if I forced it, I'm sure i could, but this is definitely a process you do not want to rush as it can have a slightly unpleasant impact on your internal organs. You WILL see impressive results with this waist cincher very quickly if you are 1). Eating right. 2). Exercising with it on (that's what its made for) and 3). Wearing it a substantial amount of your day. I really do love this waist clincher and will continue to give updates on my progress as I go along! Hope this helps! ☺

This is a great product and an original Ann Chery. Follow the size chart of the ann chery website and it should fit fine! I am 5'4 and I i wear a 4-6 and the medium fit great. I have have one other ann chery trainer in the 3 rows of hook version. I will say this 2 row version fits me much better because i have a short torso but if you are taller or have a long torso go with the three row version! Hope this helps someone because they are very different in length

I am in love with this waist cincher! I have been using it for about three weeks now and definitely see results. I am recovering from a massive depressive weight gain and this has been a godsend. It won't do the work for you - you definitely need to eat right and workout - but it will help get results. I tend to put on weight around my middle and have had problems with bloating recently and this trainer has put my waist in check. Even when I'm not wearing it, my stomach stays flat. Definitely order up one size. The trainer will be hard to get on the first day and will feel a little strange, but it gets easier and more comfortable every day. I have already ordered the next size down and I will be ready to switch in about two weeks. That's the thing that is so great about this trainer: you see results immediately and it helps to motivate you to work harder. It also has helped my posture. The critics claim the trainer is harmful because it keeps your core from having to do the work, but I find the opposite is true. I notice that I am constantly correcting my posture. When I'm not wearing it, I'm more mindful of my posture and if I'm slouching. It also does not make doing core exercises more difficult. The back does have a tendency to roll on the top and bottom, but I find washing it often helps. I'm doing this with a couple of friends and we have found you can put it in the washer on delicate and hang dry. Finally (depending on how you hold weight), the first day you put it on or go down a size, you will have back fat and feel more fat around your hips. It is unbelievable how quickly it disappears. Within three days all of that was gone! This review is not just my opinion, my two friends who started training at the same time also completely agree. So order a size up, grab a loose top for day one, and prepare to be amazed. P.S. If the 2023 is sold out or too expensive, check out the 2026 or 2025.

Having researched and read the reviews of this waist trainer im looking forward to seeing my results of wearing it. I'm a size 8-10 and bought a size small, I did however measure my waist before buying it just to be on the safe side. The first time of trying it on it was a bit of a squeeze but i got there in the end and since then it's been easier to get on. I wore it for a couple of hours for my first time just to get used to it and found it comfortable and was able to move around in it easily. I've not yet trained in it for the gym yet but I can't see me having any problems moving about even for core work. I would not however use it for cardio just like they recommend you not to, you would find it difficult to breathe. My figure looks amazing in it and you can see instant results once you've got it on and is really discreet under tight fitted clothes.

I'm 5ft tall (152cm) and this is the only waist trainer that fits me all others were too long. Second one I buy. Moved from M to S. it's perfect for wearing during the day and at the gym.

This item was for my daughter, who ordered it. Too small. Unfortunately there is a non replacement on this item, so it's sat in the drawer.

I have tried many brand before but nothing has come close to this, it fits really well and is very comfy, it is also very easy to clean and dry which is handy as i like yo wear mine all day. I cannot fault it, would definitely recommend.

good quality, works great by giving a very nice shape to the waste... I'm only 103 lbs and still get that "back-fat" on top (it's my skin, not fat that shows ) so can't wear it with tight tops...:(((( Also, it runs really small... Good thing I didn't get the XS even through I'm tiny. I got the Small size and it was still hard to hook it up all... But now it's super easy to put it on. Doesn't smell bad at all (the latex)...

Ottimo stringivita all’inizio si fa un po’ fatica a metterlo ma poi cede leggermente sono passata da una M a una S in circa 3 mesi usandolo almeno 8 ore al giorno ovviamente associato ad una dieta ed attività fisica

I bought a size too large but the construction is fantastic. I wear it to workout anyway since it still offers support and makes me suck in my abs...plus it smooths the lumps and bumps out! Just wish I had ordered the correct size!

un po piccolo ma deve stringere bene x funzionare. io ho una taglia 38 e ho dovuto iniziare cn una S. dopo 6 mesi sn riuscita a passare alla XS. quindi raccomando una taglia in piu della propria. x il resto qualita ottima e durevole!
