Q: Bought one 2 weeks ago hasn't retracted well since i got it gets stuck some times,and no its not all gunked up or excessively dirty what should i do.

Two things to do. One check and see if the lock is down slightly, second, try to pull tape out to maximum and retract it.

Q: I purchased one and some how i now have three coming and charged for. Ive tryed canceling but iits not letting me . What can i do ?

It is for 1 tape measure. don't know why they show 5.
