Broken and leaky jars
The media could not be loaded. The item shipped had a leaky fruit juicer jar from the day I bought it, which in hindsight I should have complained immediately. And the now the masala grinder jar doesnt work and Im being asked to look for washers etc to fix the jar. The issue isnt so much about the jar not working now, (9month old purchase) I was told the jars leak is common issue. If thats the case either fix the problem or ship with 15-20 spare parts like washers to fix it with. Do not expect your customers to run around fixing.
