Good value for the money
For the money, this is a good value for an MP3 player.First, the ear phones supplied are of a poor audio quality, but that is not the reason for purchasing an MP3 player. I used a couple of other ear bud/phones I own and found the quality is pretty good, noting that there is a setting for different 'equalizer modes' which allows you to choose from 'normal', 'pop', 'rock', etc. This helps with whatever kind of music you are listening to.Unfortunately, unless you've owned one of this type of MP3 player in the past, the menu is NOT intuitive. But with some perseverance and practice, you can discover how it works and the various settings.Inside of the 'repeat' menu is the option to 'shuffle'. Note the shuffle only works for songs/tracks within a 'folder'. You may have only a few tracks within that folder, so listening to them 'shuffle' over and over will be quite boring. This device will not shuffle all songs/tracks on the device without a 'work a round'. I found this out the hard way. Upside is that you can still use 'Windows Media Player'' (if you have a Windows 7 OS) to import songs/tracks to this MP3 device. You can hook up to a PC with the supplied USB cord (old style, not mini USB on end that connects to the MP3 player so you might look around in your stuff for that style and get a backup online) and 'copy and paste' songs. You do not have to take out the mini SD card and use adapter to plug into USB outlet on your PC. You could do this and it will work, but why? Unfortunately, a typical import will have your songs grouped into 'folders' by the various artists. To overcome this, you'll need to either create a single folder first with all the songs you wish to import or import separately the songs within each of your folders. This way, you'll be able to allow the 'shuffle' option to in fact shuffle all the songs/tracks on your MP3 device. Downside, if you want to listen to a particular artist, no sorting option exists. In that case you ='d be better off importing separate folders so you can scan through them to pick an artist or album you want to listen too Me, I just prefer to shuffle all songs, that way I get a 'surprise' each time I listen, but to each their own.I will say that the quality of audio is pretty good, with 'good' ear/head phones, or as I sometimes prefer, use a mini stereo jack to connect to separate speaker, such as a Bluetooth speaker. I was impressed with the quality compared to my old Sansa MP3 player when connected to a separate speaker, not enough power. All in all, this is a darn good unit for the money. If you are not interested in shuffling all songs on your unit, and prefer to flip to different folders, then its not an issue. Just have to watch a few online videos and search about for various tips, and spend the time to practice, you'll get the hang of it.

Perfect Fit
I have small ears so it's hard finding a blue tooth that works and doesn't fall out of my ear. This one is perfect and light weight.

Great Earpiece for the Price
This Bluetooth earpiece is nothing fancy, but it works very well for what it is.It includes several different optional parts for hooking it on (or fitting it inside) your ear, per your preference.Sound quality is clear on my end, and the people on the other end can hear me clearly. The prompts given in voice (power-on/off, pairing, connected/disconnected, incoming call, etc.) are not disproportionately loud. The volume up/down keys can work independently of your phone's volume, or you can have them synchronized to your phone's volume, per the "absolute volume" settings on your phone.Battery life is excellent, and the battery does not drain noticeably while powered-off for days on end. I use this for only 5-6 hours a month, and charge it about once every 2 months, and it has not failed me so far.Overall, this is very useful if you want basic hands-free calling functionality for a low price.

Affordable, Decent, w/a Few Issues
I like this headset and wanted to like it more, but there were a couple of issues that made me lower the score by two stars.TL/DR:Pros:* Good price* Good battery life* Easy to use* Pairs with up to 2 devices simultaneously.Cons:* Metallic mesh on speaker is not attached securely.* Earhooks included are very fragile.* Inconsistent customer service.DetailsFirst, the positives:The price is great for what I needed, and it has good battery life (can keep it on for 8 hours of moderate use, listening to online training modules and taking phone calls). It's easy to use and is able to pair with two devices at once. This is key for me, as I need it to pair with my computer's audio, my phone's audio, but NOT my phones media audio. This means I can listen to computer video content through the headset, I can take calls through the headset, but can set the phone's media audio to still play through the phone itself (podcasts/Spotify etc). And now, the negatives:This comes with several sizes of silicone end pieces for the speaker/earbud. In switching out different sizes to see which one fit my ear properly, the metallic mesh/screen/grill over the speaker came loose. The exposed surface on the speaker felt a little tacky so I tried to re-affix the screen, but it does not stay secure. Now, every time I need to remove the silicone piece to clean it, the screen/grill falls out, and it's getting more and more mangled. I just bought some crazy glue to see if I can permanently reattach it, but this clearly should not be necessary, and is a result of cheap assembly/materials.The two ear hooks this comes with are extremely brittle. I broke both within the first week just trying to remove the hook from the device to clean it off. I came back to the item listing here to see if there was any guidance on the hooks (and the speaker mesh), and I saw that the seller was sending replacement hooks to people complaining about the same issue. I emailed the address they provided other customers explaining the situation, and I included a screen shot of my Amazon order for confirmation. This was about a month ago and I haven't received an email response. Ultimately I ended up ordering my own replacement hooks because I couldn't keep waiting, since I need this for work. Silver lining: the replacements are sturdier and much more comfortable.

Excellent Bluetooth earpiece but wish it was waterproof
Comfortable Bluetooth earpiece with slightly larger but sturdier and better earhook. (Only wish the would provide or offer extra earhook as well.)Sound quality is excellent as is noise cancelling, battery life, and recharge time. Easy controls and inexpensive price. Good value for the money. I just wish it was waterproof.
