I love the product, but I’m not sure if mine was defected

One of the pendants fell the same week that I received it. don’t get me wrong it’s beautiful it’s gorgeous but to have to lose one of them was a bummer. I would definitely think twice if I ever purchase another one, because I would be scared to lose it again.
