Highly recommended
Very much useful for shifting heavy objects in home. Product looks good, light weight, provides grip and it's sturdy.Platform s wide enoughNoise is minimalFoldable and occupy less space to store, u can keep it under bed, almarah etc..Wheels are not pre fixed, it need to be fixed with spanner #12 which was not provided, this is the only con i found. U can get this spanner easily.Instructions fr fixing wheels are provided, rotating wheels at the front and the non rotating at the back, which mean on the handle side.Final verdict - 4.5/5If u regularly have the need of shifting heavy objects in home like water cans, buckets, rice bags, cylinders etc... This is go for choice and get it without any doubts

Missing parts, delayed return
Was delivered with a missing wheel and return pickup didn’t happen for over a week.

Not as good as we think
I got this product today, Tyre pressure was low so I inflated it with a cycle pump. When I'm inflating the Tyre it bursts with heavy sound, the tube burst. Then I bought one tube from local market, when I am started assembling one major thing is missing in the package the stopper pin of the tire, it's a big fault from the seller/ company. Somehow I manage and move forward all these hurdles, then I put a weight of 40 kilogram then I am sadly realizing the next big issue these tyres cannot handle this much of heavyweight, the company is claiming it can handle 120 kgs but in my experience that is only a dream.

Poor build quality Tyre bulged
On the very first inflation of tyre i found the poor quality tyre got the bulge, tried to contact local dealers of black n decker but no response for this product.And till i first used this poduct i found if faulty on first usage only, unfortunately the return date was over by then, 5000₹ wasted
