When Peyou heard I had a problem with charging my battery cover and my iphone at the same time, they were there! They offered me a new unit or a credit. Customer Service is very important to me and there i just too little of it today - especially with online purchases. When you have a company that backs their product, I will always give them the highest marks because it is so appreciated. It takes the fear out of buying. Thank you Peyou.

I wanted to love this case but I don't. Just kind of like it. It does what it's suppose to do but I don't like the separation piece, doesn't easily slide onto the top of my phone, don't like that this won't charge both phone and case while your phone is in the case. It will only charge the case. It's pretty heavy. But I suppose most charging cases are. Just a little too bulky for my taste. The pink is pretty but I'm going to order something different because this one just isn't 5 stars for me.

Especially for the price, this is a nice battery case. It fits the phone well and charges with your lightning cable, unlike many other iPhone battery cases I have looked at. Also pass-through charging of the phone, so you don't have to remove the case to charge your phone.

The case is good for what you pay. The kickstand is SUPER flimsy, and WILL break eventually. I have 2 of these cases myself, and a friend has one. All 3 have broken under light use. The battery part works fine. It charges VERY slow though, and does not support fast charging. If your phone and case are both dead, its best to charge them separately, otherwise its a good 3-4 hours to fully charge them both. (The case will charge either the phone, or the case, its your choice with the press of a button, if you charge the phone with the cable through the case, it will automatically maintain a full charge and then switch to charging the case)

Ok so this item quit charging after less the 50 days! This really is a bad case if you can't charge it! Update they did replace it and set me another one it took about 30 days to get to me but they stood behind their product. so I'm upping my review to 4 stars.

I bought this case over a year ago but I’m just now using it because I actually bought two around the same time .. I now have no way to contact the seller other than, hopefully, with this review I can get assistance .. the power button doesn’t work or rather won’t turn on unless you are charging .. moreover, the top part of the case was broken when I took it out .. I’ve glued it but it’s still very flimsy which is why I believe it was broken during shipment ..

The battery case does what it is designed to do. It keeps my phone charged for at least 4 hours, depending on how many games I play or how much time I spend searching online.

Great battery booster, works and fits perfectly with the iPhone 7 Plus. The kickstand in the back is an added bonus. My only wish is that it also had pass thru sound so I could use my headset with it while talking on the phone.
