Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This stuff is super easy to use. It's a roll-on (similar to a deodorant) and it covers the target area easily and with no mess. I primarily have used this on my forearms to treat the occasional pain I get from doing weighted dips followed by straight-bar curls (don't hate the technique). I work out at Lifetime Fitness and tried BioFreeze - the brand they carry there - and was really underwhelmed (smelled too strong, hard to apply, didn't really cut to the pain - actually made it hurt a little worse). I found this stuff searching on Amazon. I've been telling my gym they need to switch brands.

I was a long term user of Bio Freeze which I got from my chiropractor. When I ordered Chafe Zone which is also made by MedZone, I decided to give this a try. I prefer this applicator to Bio Freeze as I find it goes on much more evenly and I feel the product lasts longer. After a long day of walking or being on a photo shoot and standing in heels I love using Pain Zone to provide immediate relief. This is the best roll on pain reliever I have ever used. I highly recommend it and will be my first choice roll on in the future!

Love this product! I get bad hip and shin pain when I run for long periods of time and the roll on has helped me beyond belief! I've tried icy-hot and bio-freeze and neither of them worked as well as PainZone. I'd recommend to anyone with pain who hasn't been able to find a solution that works.

I did get some relief from the product, but not enough to buy it again.

All i can say is that I tried it, and it didn't work for me. It might work for others, so I'm not going knock it.
