Significant Improvement to Zoeller Basement Sentry ... Note, picture is wrong
Bought this as a replacement for my 1997 Zoeller backup pump and was pleasantly surprised at what I received. The picture is wrong ... The charger is not the old beast but a much smaller unit with a front panel display and ablility to connect to hardware that enables texting you if you have a sump problem. Additionally the assembly for the actual pump was much easier to install than the older unit ... All in all, a great upgrade with Zoeller's excellent dependability. When your dealing with a sump pump ... Don't fool around, get a Zoeller

do not purchase if not in the USA
I am in Canada and wanted to return the item as it was not compatible (without some major retrofits) with my sump and they do not allow international returns. Still trying to figure out how to make this work with my system so I can't say how it works however it does seem cheap is missing parts to install properly. Not at all like the pictures show.

Zoeller sump/backup replacement
Not exactly a 100% swapout as some of the parts like the battery controller were different than the original system...everything works perfectly.
