I bought this for my 2T cousin, and the skirts will fit her with the waistbands barely stretching. The shoes will definitely be big on her, too. Based on that, I feel like it would fit 5T well.

Will it fir a 1 year old?

Skirts might be a little too loose for a one year old unless they’re pretty chunky. Accessories are a definite choking hazard!

Will it Fit 6-7 yr old?

I would think so!! I got this for my 3 year old, shes fairly thin, the skirts fit well, they dont fall down or anything, but there is plenty of elastic stretch on the waistband. And the shoes are too big for her but she still wears them lol. Depending how big your 6-7 year old is, I'd say it would fit fine.
