Good overall

I gave it 4 stars because it requires assembly and it was a bit challenging. Overall good as a home gym bench. The gap between the pads needs to be covered (stuffed) by a small towel to avoid touching your back (depends on your body position). The back pad has all the needed adjustable positions. Quality seems to be very good.
