Q: Do the shoes crease easily in the front after a few wears?

Creased immediately after putting them on for the first time.

Q: What are the size equivalence to US size

These shoes are US sizes. I take a 13 sneaker so I ordered this shoe in a 13W only because Stacy Adams is known for a narrow and longer toe which looks cool with jeans. I own two different pairs and won't buy any other brand.

Q: Are these comfortable to stand in all day?

As with any dress shoe you're not going to see the support you see with a hiking boot or walking shoe. That being said for what they are I find myself very comfortable all day long. I'm a salesperson so I find myself on my feet 6-8 hours a day minimum. Never had a problem
