Falta información de como configurar a macbook , pero es confuso
No me gusto que con Mac no sirve la huella , así no puedo tener protegido mis datos ,Actualización, ya encontré la forma , lo tienes que configurar con Windows primero , y ahí si te deja poner las huellas y contraseña , después de eso cuando lo conectas a tu Mac, sigue apareciendo como si estuviera desconectado en la aplicación pero no puedes ver nada de lo que tienes en tu ssd hasta que pones tu huella y entonces puedes ver tu s contenidos

Makes Macbook pro run very hot
I like everything about this product(minus the obnoxious blue light around the finger print reader), its performance is lightning fast, the finger print reader works without a hiccup, its aesthetic is nice, built in encryption. It was initially 5 stars until I noticed my MacBook Pro now gets very very hot doing nothing at all. This isn't "get hot transferring 500 gigs" or something, this is get very hot just by being plugged in with no activity, or programs open. It's as simple as unplug the drive, computer cools down, plug drive back in, computer heats up. I tried this on my old MacBook Pro and my 2017 and it does the same on both of them. I was planning on using this as an always connected external drive, but can't with these thermal issues. I have other external drives that do not cause this issue, so its a curious problem. As of now I don't think I can keep this product..which is a shame because I like pretty much everything about it.Edit: Amazon sent me a replacement and I no longer have these thermal issues with my Macs.

N'achètez-pas lemodèle avec lecteur d'empreintes
Pour fonctionner, le lecteur d'emprrintes doit utiliser le logiciel de samsung qui ne fonctionne vraiment pas bien. Alors je dois l'utiliser sans le lecteur d'empreintes.

drive is so small now, good pricing for Xmas, and easy setup. comes with two cables for many options making connections easier. Drive is SSD which is more reliable to save data and speed is far better.

Keeps disconnecting
Just like many reviews on here, this SSD keeps on disconnecting when charging heavy load. Do not buy until this issue is acknowledge and fixed by Samsung.
