I have tried many belts and they ALL ride up and flop around my waist. Other belts this style feel like pregnancy belly bands in a bad way. I ended up buying two of these to alternate if they need drying/laundering. Used for a half marathon in a big city to carry gels, ID, etc. I did put my phone in a separate belt that was secured underneath this belt to control bounce and prevent pick-pocketing. I like to wear my phone in the back when I run and I needed it for communication after the race. I recommend giving this a try if you want more than a simple belt with one pocket and less than a vest. This sits on my upper hip/lower waist and stays put and I can still breath. The fabric is lightweight and stretchy and contours to your body.

I've owned several and all ride up. This one was great. It held my poles, phone, water bottle, keys and snack. For the price this is perfect.

The belt itself is very tight fitting, so you do not have it slip while running. I found the water pouch to be a hard draw, so not easy when you are running or fast walking. The pouches hold some things but not very big things. I felt if my phone was in the pouch I could not also put the water bag in there as it made either one very difficult to get out. I have never use the toggle’s or the clips to hang anything as I don’t like that jingling but you can clip your keys to the hook and tuck them in the belt. It’s a little awkward, but I felt they were secure. I would recommend this for training or casual sports but it’s definitely not professional grade. I would never wear this on a serious run.. the water pouch is also extremely small and sucks up your body heat and the water is warm and gross then. No matter how many times I’ve washed it it does always have a silicone plastic taste. I think I will use the belt itself to hold my phone and keys more than I will ever use the water holding part of it. Even ice in it doesn’t help the temperature in the summer heat! It is also hard to get back into the belt once the water bladder gets a bit empty.While it wasn’t great for the water carrying aspect, it is secure while running to carry stuff like a phone and keys and AirPod case, and doesn’t ride up too much. I can only wear this with leggings as it is pretty tight to go over pants with thicker texture like jeans or shorts w a fly. It also looks pretty weird with a lot of stuff in it. I take sunscreen and my keys as the phone is too bulky with the other two.It washes fine with dark colors but hang to dry or put on wet to help cool you!

Me gusto mucho este cinturon de hidratacion, es perfeecto para hacer trail en largos o cortos tramos. Tiene varios bolsillos donde se puede llevar las llaves y lo mas importante viene con un flag para llevar agua. Es de muy buena calidad y la volveria a comprar.
