Makes for perfect prime rib
This tracked pepper gives the perfect texture and flavor for a slow cooked prime rib. My guess are extremely happy. When seasoned properly well in advance of cooking pepper flavor port through the prime rib. Would you use on any application of pepper to beef or pork. Made for a very Merry Christmas.
