Doesn't fully remove the stain

I got this based on the strength of the reviews and was not disappointed. We recently adopted a new puppy and she has had several training accidents, not to mention my older border collie who felt compelled to mark over a few of them. Although it's advertised to work best on 'fresh' pet stains, I used it on several older stains with great results. Super easy to use, just spray, agitate, dry and vacuum. Knocks out the odors along with the stain. Thanks for such a great product!

This stained or worse bleached our carpet. It did not do what it said it would. Will not purchase any of their products again.

Overrated. This product did not work more effective than over the counter products. Disappointing!

This stuff works great! We have used on both #1 and #2 from our new puppy and it cleans up so well that it uncovers how dirty the rest of my carpet is haha! On the #2 accidents, we do have to spray and blot several times but after a few rounds, you can't smell or see anything.
