Amazon Basics Tape Measure - 16 ft, Pink

This is a good decent tape measure. I needed a small one, I actually was looking for an even smaller one that I could carry in my purse. This will make my purse too heavy, but I can keep it in my car and it will be handy when I need it. I love the color and it works well and even though it is rather small, it will do everything I need from a tape measure. I am very happy with it. It looks just like the photo and a good size for the average person unless you are a contractor or something.

Simple, cheap and small. Defaults to stay extended mode and the button lets it retract. Great feature.

I was surprised at the quality for a pink tape measure. I’m glad I purchased.

Works very well. I love the color because I can spot it right off. I may end up having to buy an extra one just to make sure I have one.

The product is so far so good. Looks like decent quality. I would give 5* but for the fact that the metric scale is unlabeled. The numbers are in centimeters (cm), but that is not apparent from anything on the item.

I needed a new tape measure to keep in the house when I kept misplacing the one I kept in the garage. It seems like all tape measures are kinda the same, but this is a solid little addition to the toolkit. It’s not too heavy or clunky, fits nicely in any drawer, the retractable feature is super smooth. Fantastic value for the money.

I thought he was eyeing the brilliant turquoise lining, reminiscent of Navajo jewelry, but he exclaimed "This is only 16 feet long! The standard tape measure is 25 feet. Why wouldn't they make it 15 feet? Or 20 feet? 16 is so random."Despite the hours I had admired the majesty of my Amazon Basics tape measure, this had never crossed my mind. Fortunately, I had a solution."Despite it's appearance," I began, "it can measure even the longest distances!"
