Great choice for an obscure ingredient that I don't have any source for locally. Nice quality powder, fresh and good condition, doesn't appear to be any quality control issues at all. Interesting flavor. The bag is good to ship in and keep the powder secure, but once the top seal is opened it's not the most trustworthy seal. If you truly want this to stay as fresh as possible, you may want to put it into a different airtight container. Or at least a 2nd lay of ziplock bag.Not sure how it works as a supplement, but I found enough promising info on it to decide to give it a chance.
