Q: Does this fit the total gym apex g5?

Yes. I use it with my Apex G5. It works great.

Q: what is the inches in length of this bar.?

30 inches plus the end caps totaling 30.25 inches

Q: How much does the bar alone weigh?

According to my (not very accurate or sensitive) bathroom scales about 8oz or 0.2 Kilos. When I've used mine, I can't tell any difference between using the Total Gym on its own with using the Gym with the Weight Bar without any weights.

Q: will this weight bar accessory work on the total gym Supreme model?

No. The Supreme model lacks the necessary holes in the glide board to install a bar.
