Good but didn't last as long as I hoped
Sound is good. Like that you can change volume with buttons and pause playback or answer/end call with multi function button. Only gave 4 stars because the unit only lasted about a year. I use on dog walks and it fits and stays put so just ordered another one.

Changes from English way to easy
This device changed from English to Japanese and despite the posted instructions I cannot get it back to English. This has happened twice the first time was within warranty and I was able to change it back to English but this time no luck. I have had three other people read the instructions and try but again no luck. It is annoying not to understand if it off/on connected or not and my caller ID is in Japanese. This product defect is frustrating.

This product isnt worth a star.. It never worked, the instructions were not clear and concise. No customer service number. Amazon wasn't any help, either...Dont waste your money.

Love the fit and that it pairs to both my phones...
How can I reset this device back to English? I manage to use it even though the language changed and hopefully it's a simple reset procedure? I love the fit of this blue tooth device, also it easily pairs to 2 phones. Wish the battery life was longer though and also that it didn't change the language on me.
