First and foremost.. customer service is OUTSTANDING!Second, from the material and durability to the very carefully engraved words this this was worth every penny and probably some!!The first one that arrived was a off just a smidgen. The two dashes were left in the phone number so 2 numbers of our phone number didn't fit, and were missing.That was no big deal at all. I simply called customer care and the seller was super quick to respond THE SAME DAY!!! They were quick to get a new one made and shipped out within the week.I love this little personalized tag for my girl that I'm sure I'll be purchasing two more for my other dogs.THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING PRODUCT LEASHBOSS!!!P.S. The tag is certainly well made. The lettering is clear and easy to read and the metal is strong and durable. Unfortunately it doesn't fit nice on her collar. I had just purchased a rolled leather collar and since my pup hates the sound of her tags hitting the water bowl, this tag looked to be a great choice. According to the measurements, it seemed the extra small would not fit our 1/2 collar, so I ordered the small. The small is far bigger than I expected. It would be helpful to have a photo of the measurements and what sizes and styles these tags fit best on.

This is perfect! I ordered this because one of our cats likes to pull open the rings that hold on his bell and name tag, and had been looking for a slide-on tag that would fit on a buckle leather collar. He hasn't messed with it at all. It is a little big, but it is definitely worth it. Someone mentioned using zip-ties to keep the tag in place, but Ghost and I don't mind it sliding around. Also, when I ordered this, it was custom made, shipped, and in my mailbox in 9 days! Had to get her a leather cat collar without the metal rivets on the notches, but no one will know the differnece unless my dog starts to meow, lol.Adjusted rating to a 5 starOriginal review:Giving a 3 star cause the quality is amazing, but its not thick enough for my lil Buttercup's collar.Im gonna try another collar and hope it'll fit that one! Will update in a few days once the new collar arrives in the mail.

I absolutely love these! We bought two and both were exactly what we ordered. They look very classy and no more jingling from our pups walking around ;) many compliments from the vet on these! They’re very durable so I doubt we’ll purchase again soon! But given the quality of we had to we definitely would!

Great ID tag. Fit my pets leather collar perfectly and sturdily made so don't have to worry about it falling off/getting lost.

Very nice tag, well made. To bad my dog's leather collar is too thick to use. A bit disappointed.

Best tags ever. Solid metal bent and rolled to fit a collar. Love them.
