Disappointed: Manufacturing Defect and Poor Customer Support from TUMI
I bought a TUMI bag from Amazon, labeled as original, but it came with a manufacturing defect in the zipper. When I contacted TUMI for a repair or replacement, they refused to help just because it was purchased through Amazon — despite it being a genuine product.Very disappointing from a brand that claims to offer premium quality.
