Absolutely LOVE it! Taste
Absolutely LOVE it! Taste, texture, faster to cook than traditional pasta. I have already recommended it to friends. I have used it in soups, (added a few minutes before serving), served it with vegetables and marinara, and used it in salads! Buy it, eat it and ENJOY it's health benefits!!!

I did not like the taste
I did not like the taste, smell or texture of it. It's hard living a gluten-free life when you're substituting so much to live a better life.

This was my first time trying this pasta and I made it with tomato sauce. It was super yummy, but it wasn't that great for leftovers because it kind of broke down once I put it away. It definitively tasted the best when it was fresh and warm. I noticed that there is a little cheesy flavor to it, which is weird cause there is no cheese in this lol. That could just be me though. I plan to buy this again, but I would like to try this pasta with a different recipe.

Great pasta
This is a wonderful thing to have if you're avoiding white flower/gluten. Texture is a little different but protein is high and it's a great substitute. Makes you not miss the white stuff!

This is really good! I was expecting to suffer for trying a bean pasta. I would say it tastes just like wheat pasta, so it's a bit different than traditional pasta. I was a bit concerned after boiling it, I noticed a kind of a film on the outside of the noodles, and I thought uh-oh, but, I put some sauce on it, and it's delicious! Very happy.

A blessing for those who need a low glycemic substitute for wheat pasta.
Not cheap but good tasting. They have a reddish tinge from being made of lentils and take somewhat longer to boil than the instructions say.

Lentil pasta
I tried a small amount for one serving of soup. It was very good. I understand why you cannot do a whole bunch and save it for later as it would break down pretty fast, but to use it and not have to reheat is excellent. Plus it is healthy. I might try a macaroni and cheese casserole for company.
