to almost complete my collection (:
if you have the 320 set, you know theres 22 unique colors in this 36 skin tone set. when you think about the price per marker, this is a really good value as the price is much cheaper per marker than copics & these are very comparable to copics.with any alcohol marker, its a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it its an amazing marker that provides good color payoff, not harsh lines, no streaks. (chase your ink if you are getting streaks) these blend really good aswell ! again chase your ink & go over the blend with the first color.these of course bleed through any non cardstock/regular paper, but everything from ohuhu comes with a page protector.none were dry, i know theres a lot of posts about amazon not storing markers properly, every time ive gotten markers from amazon i ALWAYS store them on their side for a few hours (helps when you get them while youre at work) and then i will swatch/use them.also to keep your markers juicy & not run out of ink, please please store them horizontally !!!ive really been into coloring recently and i love these markers, theyre really fun to use & as long as you store them horizontally they will function like a high quality marker.i used a few on the coloring page (the other colors are from the 320 set)

A quality set that offers a variety of vibrant colors.
You can never go wrong with Ohuhu markers. The quality versus price is amazing. I've purchased several different sets so far and not once have I been disappointed with any of their products. I honestly prefer my Ohuhu markers over my copics. Not only is Ohuhu better priced, but their quality is on par with the extremely overly-priced copic brand.I've already purchased several other sets, so when I saw a skin tone and hair color set existed, I knew I needed to add it to my arsenal. The colors are vibrant and I love the variety in the different tones and shades. This set was a perfect addition to my current markers and has given me the opportunity to explore new ideas and really stretch my boundaries in terms of color combination and schemes.I would highly recommend the skin and hair tone set to anyone looking to add to their alcohol marker collection, and even more so to anyone just starting out with alcohol-based markers. This set is a great addition to have regardless of what other sets you may have already purchased. You shouldn't have to worry about any repeats, and it adds a ton of new colors to work with.

Worth it if you draw real humans :P
I love these markers! I started with a small set of regular colors and quickly realized I couldn’t find the tone shades I wanted for skin. These have a nice assortment for beginners like myself! Quality is wonderful and they dry down fast.

The demo colors in video don’t match the picture
The media could not be loaded. I wanted to get into portrait drawings and I thought the skin tone set that I had a brush marker, but it does not (Chisel tip/fine tip) so I bought the Honolulu B series (Brush/bullet). Btw, there’s 2 color differences between the two sets and the numbers are not the same.I love the demo video they have w this listing and appreciated they showed the colors they were using. If you plan on doing what I did and try to do the tutorial- take note that some of the colors for the shadows are off when you do it vs the video.I just don’t want a new person to markers be disappointed.Love the markers - I have the 216 set in Honolulu too!The new brochure explains their product line so clearly now and it’s easy to see which colors belong to which sets. Yay!

Wide array of skin tones available in these markers
I bought the 36 marker set of skin tones. With this many markers it covers a wide array of skin tones and i feel you should be able to cover any skin tone you need to even if you need to combine colors.

Outstanding, but WTF with the gray band?!?
Great product and selection, blend well, wide variety of skin tones, light to dark, to capture the range of humanity. Two caveats. Five colors duplicated in the set of 36 skin tones with my 72 marker set . Dunno if they duplicate in the 48 mid-tone set. I expected a few, so not a big deal. The aggravating thing is that the gray band that marks the brush side on my brush/chisel (Honolulu) markers are on the bullet side of my Maui (brush/bullet). The brush side is white (and looking at the current photo, both sides are gray, and in their pamphlet, the brush side is shown as colored). So, Ohuhu, come up with a consistent visual recognition system!Do you *have* to have this set? What I had between the 72 marker set and the pastel (highly recommended) set, there was a decent selection. But this fills out the darker tones, and a wider selection of muted colors more appropriate to skin tones. If you didn’t start with the larger sets that have come out recently, this is a very good addition.

Blend beautifully
These markers are easy to use and blend beautifully. They’re definitely worth the money. I love coloring with my daughter and the adult coloring books I bought are perfect for these markers!
