Yes, my son had small Crocs with original Jibbitz on them. The only problem is to put the Jibbitz on the Crocs, because the holes are smaller. You have to use a lot of force to put them. But it's easier to put them that pull them out. Pull the Jibbitz from small holes it's extremely difficult. Sometimes I thought the Crocs were going to rip apart. My advise, buy clogs with animated themes (Star Wars, Disney, etc) and when you can't find these themes because of the size, you can decorate them with Jibbitz. Another advise, if you find Jibbitz you like, buy them and save them for later when your child grows, because most popular Jibbitz are scarce, maybe later you can't find them again.
