I love this series. Only through two but ready for three. Live the suspense and the comradery between Dark and Mia. And noe Ella is in the middle of Mia's past cases. Love it!!!

Ella Dark is smart, pretty, and has a creepy interest in serial killers. She has been studying them since she was a child. Now she is an FBI agent and training toward the BAU. Side by side with her mentor Mia Ripley, Ella is learning the tricks of their trade. This story was fast paced and well written - but there were a few editorial errors that were annoying. They didn’t harm the story though.Will I read another Ella Dark book? Yes. Most definitely!

Another great read from a gifted story teller. Easy to follow, extremely well written. Characters grab u & don't let go. Love Blake! My favorite Author! Have purchased at least 25 of his books & never once have I been disappointed. Thanks Blake. Keep up the excellent work!

I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. Makes you wonder about everyone. I know now and am thankful I did not choose this as my career choice, the analysis not being a killer lol.

Usually I find the author's stories fascinating. This time the subject matter was just plain repulsive and gruesome.Some of the story was interesting and it could definitely lose the vulgarity.Sorry don't like give a less than favorable review, but even a star author can have an off day!

The story was very interesting with good characters, A decent plot with a nice twist at the end to tempt you to the next book.

Great reading! Looking forward to reading #3 in the series! If you enjoy suspense thrillers, you will enjoy these books.

I love all Blake Pierces books. This one had me riveted, and awake deep into the night. The plots and storyline are so well written. A must read.

Once again Blake Pierce did not disappoint. The book was full of action and suspense. Once I started this book I simply could not put it down. If you like fast paced action then you don’t want to miss this one.

This is the second book from this author that I bought. I like both books very much. They are written like a screenplay for a movie or a series, with a lot of twists and turns... the author is knowledgeable in investigative work and leaves a lot of cliffhangers.I paid more for less interesting books in all honestly. Five stars from me

It keeps you on your toes. If you think you know who has done it, then it changes again. Now, to start the next book in the series

Book #2 in the Ella Dark series is not as good as the first. The story is good but the errors while reading kept throwing me off. Grammatical errors, missing words & at one point the ground (outside) is referred to as “the floor” several times & only once as the actual ground.🤷‍♀️

I enjoyed this book good plot and kept me interested. I bought the next book I liked it that much
