I'm very happy with this purchase. The parchment paper is excellent for all types of baking and roasting. It’s non-stick, which makes cleanup a breeze, and the quality is great. The rolls are a generous size, and I appreciate the built-in cutter for easy tearing. The fact that it's unbleached and eco-friendly is a nice bonus. This should last me a while, and it’s definitely a good value for the price. I'm glad I picked this up!

This parchment paper is excellent! It’s thick, doesn’t curl or tear, and doesn’t stick to food. The built-in cutter makes it super convenient to use. Great value for such a large amount — I use it for baking, roasting, and even freezing!

I love this parchment paper. It’s so much better than the bleached paper that I have been using. It doesn’t burn but it will get crispy and brittle in a very hot oven. I make sourdough bread and even though it is heavy and doesn’t burn, it still will break before I get my loaf out of the pan. But I bake at 500 degrees so I love that it holds up as well as it does.

I mainly use this for baking sourdough bread at 475 degrees. The edges of the paper that stick out of my cast iron dutch oven turn brown, but doesn’t look burnt like some other parchment paper I’ve used. I liked the size and thickness and that it’s unbleached and eco-friendly. The rolls are large and will last a long time, and the paper cuts easily on the cutting device attached to the box.

Excellent parchment paper, it checks all the boxes: 1. You can crank the oven up to 450 degrees, making it useful for getting pizza in the oven; 2. It is free of any toxic chemicals; 3. The paper is very strong and thick; 4. The box is extremely sturdy and has a nice cutter, a nice change from the previous brand I purchased where the box fell apart before I even started the roll; 5. The per square foot cost for two rolls, 520 sq. feet of paper, makes it a very good value. I highly recommend this.

I've been using this for a few years now and all in all it works pretty good. If you use if esp on greasy types of food expect it to leak through the paper. It used to be better but now like lots of companies it seems it is now thinner than it was hence the leaking though. It would be nice to buy something that actual does what it promises to do. I would recommend it if I am cooking something that I believe will leak through I put down two layers. There are a lot on here that are way worse that I tried.
