This is a really nice quality adapter. I use it with my welder, as that uses the three pin plug, not four....so i had to buy this one. It is pretty stiff but it's bound to be with 6 gauge wire that is needed for the 50 amps outlet. My welder works flawlessly with this and i would note that its inlet plug wire is much smaller than this adapter, so this adapter is well covered for amperage.As to value for money, i think all of these could be cheaper as there is not much to them, but this one is on the cheaper end of them so it's fine.All in all this is a very decent quality adapter that works perfectly.

The listing specifically says these are UL Certified but I can't find any evidence of that. That seems to be a common problem. However, the adapter is quite sturdy and seems well made and the interfacing plugs are correct. Once complaint is that the female socket is not rotated 180 degrees from the male, so when it is plugged in to a wall outlet the hanging female socket access is on the wrong side, and cable is quite stiff, making hookup awkward.
