I got these for migraine prevention and to assist with maintaining my magnesium levels. I am a pro with swallowing pills so that might go into the rating I am giving. If you have difficulty swallowing pills this may not be the supplement for you. The pills are rather large but are soft and mailable to a certain extent. This is one of the products to at you don't realize what it's doing for you until you stop and all the issues you dealt with before come back!! Great product and price!
