I ordered this chair so my wife and I could comfortably sit and swing on our patio. It took a while for the chair to arrive, but “Julia” kept us informed on updates on the shipping. In an unusual turn of events, I received two chairs shrink wrapped together on a pallet. Because the suspension frame for the chair is very robust, the shipping box is heavy. It would take two people to lift and move it. Fortunately, I have a tractor with forks on the front end loader and I was able to unload the two boxes on the pallet and put it where I needed to be. I found out that only one of the boxes was for me (a shipping company error). I was able to get the company to come back and pick up the second chair the next day and Julia was following up to make sure that I was happy and that the other chair was headed to the right party. There was some cosmetic damage to the cardboard container; but the parts inside were well protected and not damaged in any way. I was able to follow the pictorial assembly instructions easily and it took me about1.5 hours to put it together. I recommend that you assemble it where you want it to be as it would be very hard to move after you put the parts together. I gave 4 stars to the easy to assemble catagory because I was working alone to assemble it. The base support for the chair was easy to assemble, but heavy. The chair is made up of three curved pieces that are bolted together. I had trouble keeping the sections aligned to start the bolts because I was working alone. It would be much easier if there were two people, one to hold the two pieces and one to start the bolts. The bolts that hold the chair parts together are a male and female threaded bolt and sleeve with internal hex sockets that require two allen wrenches to tighten. Tightening the fasteners with two allen wrenches is a little tedious and sometimes hard due to the curved wicker restricting access. This is especially true for the top piece of the chair. I will say that all of the hardware was stainless steel and the fit and finish of the framework was top notch and looks like it will last a long time in pristine condition. After the chair was fully assembled and the cushion put in, my wife and I found it very comfortable and pleasant to use. Because my wife has some mobility issues, getting up out of the chair at its lowest setting; I had to raise the chair up by two chain links so she could easily stand up. That is the good thing about the chain suspension, the height of the chair is adjustable.I found the video about assembling the chair helpful. If you watch the video note that there are two people doing it.Just a word about the customer service from Julia. I was impressed. She kept us informed before the chair arrived, She helped us untangle the snarl of the two chair delivery. I am sure that she also did the same for the other person whose chair got delayed by an unscheduled stop at my house. She also followed up to make sure that I didn’t have any problems with the chair and was satisfied with it. I am. I look forward to relaxing in that chair for a long time.

This is a very well-built chair. It comes with everything needed to assemble it in an hour or two, but since we have a complete tool set we opted to use our tools versus the included ones and that most likely shortened the assembly time a bit. The included rain cover is a plus.This seller provided the most comprehensive, timely, and cheerful personal updates to us on its progress shipping-wise, and we commend them for that. The bad news...there WAS a shipping issue, totally out of the seller's control, but the seller stepped up and corrected it in our behalf without drama (Thank You for that Julia!) All in all its a great addition to our patio. We sit and watch our bird-feeders from it and rock gently and relax in it. Our Doxie even likes to jump up and enjoy it with us...so it's " 4 paws-approved" as well.

Customer service with this company was really helpful and responsive. The swing is actually great. It looks just like the pictures and is a beautiful addition to my backyard. It's sturdy and comfortable. The only negative is that I wish the cushion was a bit thicker but it's still comfortable as is. I would definitely recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived looking just as it was in the ad photos (sometimes you get different colors or finishes from the representation). It comes in quite a few pieces but was easy to assemble. Take into consideration the depth along with the width. I didn’t and the chair makes it a little crowded on our deck. The seat tilts upward at a noticeable angle but it operates well and is very comfortable. Definitely medium brown colored chair with a cream cushion.

Easy to assemble. Did it alone. Came well crated! Easy instructions. All parts. It’s just a great addition to the seating and to be able to sit in the sun and slowly sway - is perfect! And I love that my grandson loves it too. A nice little nook for reading him a book!

Customer service was wonderful. Julia was the most responsive person I've had the pleasure of doing business with in over a decade. We had 2 missing parts, and she was able to ship them out immediately and we received them just a few days later. I appreciated the fact that I did not have to track her down, she was always texting and following up with me. WOW. Who does that these days? Thank you for great service. The product is beautiful and very comfortable and easy to assemble. It lacks a little bit of sturdiness as you swing and the floor legs come up a little bit when you swing but other than that, its beautiful and the experience was very good.

Customer service was fabulous. Delivery was on time. Item was well packed and directions easy to follow. My wife and I assembled the egg swing in less than an hour. The quality seems good and swing sturdy. We are looking forward to years of enjoyment.
